Terms & Conditions hibaji (hibaji.ws) and its members. hibaji is an online gaming platform operating under an international gaming licence.

These terms apply to hibaji's website, mobile app, and all related services. hibaji reserves the right to amend these terms at any time.

To open an account with hibaji, the following conditions must be met:

• Each person only One Account If a member holds multiple accounts, all accounts will be closed and balances may be forfeited.
• You must provide complete and accurate information at the time of registration. Providing false information will result in immediate account closure.
• Keeping your account password confidential is your sole responsibility. Account sharing is strictly prohibited.
• If unusual account activity is detected, hibaji may request verification documents.

For account verification, hibaji may request a national ID card, passport, or other government-issued identification. Withdrawals may be delayed until verification is complete.

Gaming and betting on hibaji is available exclusively to aged 18 and above Persons under 18 are strictly prohibited from opening an account or playing any games.

• You must confirm that you are 18 or older at the time of registration.
• Hibaji may request identity documents for age verification at any time.
• If a user registers with a false age and this is later verified, the account will be closed and all winnings will be forfeited.
• Parents and guardians are encouraged to monitor their children's online gaming activity.

The following payment rules are mandatory for all transactions on hibaji:

• Deposits and withdrawals must be made through the same payment method (e.g. if you deposited via bKash, withdrawals must also be made through bKash).
• Withdrawals are processed once the verification procedure has been completed.
• Large withdrawals (৳50,000+) may require additional verification.
• Currency conversion and international payment options are not currently available.

The following general terms apply to all bonus and promotional offers at hibaji. Individual offers may be subject to additional conditions.

• Welcome Bonus Available to new members only, once on their first deposit.
• Each bonus's Wagering Requirement Applies (typically 10–30x the bonus amount). Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is met.
• Bonus wagering requirements must be completed within a set timeframe. Once the deadline passes, the bonus will be automatically forfeited.
• Hibaji reserves the right to cancel bonuses and any associated winnings where bonus abuse is suspected.
• Using multiple accounts to claim any bonus offer is strictly prohibited.
• VIP bonuses and cashback are subject to separate terms, which can be found in detail on the VIP page.

The following rules apply to Sports Betting and gaming on hibaji:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or modified (except in certain specific circumstances).
• If a match is cancelled or does not take place, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• Hibaji reserves the right to void any bet that remains incomplete due to a technical issue.
• All bets placed at clearly erroneous odds may be voided.
• Odds during live betting may change due to internet latency — this is beyond hibaji's control.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on hibaji. Any violation will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of balance:

• Multiple Accounts — Operating two or more accounts belonging to the same individual.
• Bonus Abuse — Placing bets systematically with the intent to circumvent bonus terms.
• Arbitrage Betting — Placing opposing bets on the same event across different platforms to secure risk-free profits.
• Fraud & Hacking — Unauthorized system access or software manipulation.
• Money Laundering — Using hibaji to launder illicit funds.
• Third-Party Funds — Betting with another person's funds or making payments under someone else's name.
• Match Fixing — Attempting to influence the outcome of a sports event.

• Hibaji uses 256-bit SSL encryption to keep all data and transactions secure.
• Members' personal information is never sold or shared with third parties.
• Information may be disclosed where required by law (e.g., at the request of tax authorities or law enforcement agencies).
• Hibaji may send you marketing emails or messages — you can unsubscribe at any time.

Hibaji believes gaming should be a source of entertainment — not a cause of addiction or financial hardship. We encourage all members to play responsibly.

• Each member their own Daily/Weekly Deposit Limit to set.
• If needed Cooling-Off Period Accounts can be temporarily suspended for anywhere between 24 hours and 6 months.
• Self-Exclusion — Members who wish to quit gaming may permanently close their account.
• If hibaji detects unusual gaming behaviour, it will proactively reach out to the member to offer support.

Hibaji reserves the right to close or suspend an account under the following circumstances:

• Any breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspicious or fraudulent activity.
• Accounts inactive for an extended period (over 12 months).
• At the member's own request.
• For legal or regulatory reasons.

Before an account is closed, members will generally be given the opportunity to withdraw their balance in accordance with the rules — however, this may not apply in cases of fraud.

Members may request account closure at any time. Any remaining balance will be returned.

Hibaji is not liable for the following:

• Losses resulting from internet disconnection.
• Third-party software or hardware issues.
• Unexpected server downtime — although we strive to maintain 99.9% uptime.
• Losses resulting from a member's own negligence (e.g. failing to log out, sharing passwords).

Hibaji reserves the right to modify, update, or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time.

• For significant changes, members will be notified in advance via email or in-app notification.
• Any updated terms will take effect from the date they are published on this page.
• Continued use of hibaji after any changes to the terms will be deemed acceptance of the updated terms.
• The date of the latest update is always displayed at the top of this page.
